I collected my Standard Bank Prestige card yesterday, however the enquires consultant that assisted me did not set up an internet limit for me, hence I cannot make any payments via internet.
I contacted the Prestige client centre, but they requested me to go into the bank and I DO NOT have time to be at the bank every day!
I am incredibly annoyed at the fact that I now have to go to the bank yet (previously ordered the wrong card) again because a consultant could not do their work properly. If I had known that I would have this much trouble with moving my accounts to Standard Bank, I would have remained with my previous bank!
