A month ago, I have taken up an offer for an iPhone 5 smart phone that was offered to all FNB-cheque account holders. The application was approved and I was called with a courier tracking number. I then decided to change the device from 64 gig to 16 gig the following day before shipping.
After 2 weeks of no communication, I decided to call FNB for explanation. I was send from the one department to the next and nobody could explain the delay. At the end I wasn't sure if I rather must get a contract from Vodacom or MTN until you contacted me. You very politely explained to me the reasons for the delay and that I should re-apply in April.
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that you did a champion job. I don't hesitate to complain when necessary, so it's important to let the compliments flow when appropriate.
I want you to know that I am very pleased with the quality of service you provided. I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you handled my concerns.
I am looking forward to continue my relationship with FNB and I have already recommended the iPhone 5 to my colleagues.
