NEDBANK HARRASMENT

Over a year ago I contacted Nedbank to stop all transactions on my account and I wished to close my account. I did recieve a reference nuber from the call centre. Unfortunatley debits continued going off my account which after several promises from Nedbank that it would be stopped and reversed I was handed over to their collection agency who started to threaten me and refused to listen to me. I eventually agreed to pay an amont of R1500.00 with the consent of the call center agent which I have done and still get calls demanding payments., I eventually called the manager at Port Shepstone Oribi Branch which was at least six months ago and he assured me he would look into the matter and to date I have heared nothing from him. I have told them I will lay a charge of harrasment at the SAP if this continues any further. I was then told an agent will call me after I went to the branch yesterday and still no response.
