Smart Device NIGHTMATE

I have been banking with FNB for years now, I have already almost paid off my first Smart Device from two years ago. I ordered three Smart Devices Iphone, Z10 and xBox now FNB has mixed up my orders 2x Iphone 2x Z10. After 3 weeks of calling FNB (which I upset about as they NEVER CALL ME) i have spoken to 4 Agents that has assured me that they will only deliver 1x of each smart device and xbox. Digital Planet send me a notification via SMS that they would call me, never did, so I called them now 10:15 AM and they confirmed both orders are in fact 2x iphone... SERIOUSLY! So i asked to cancel the 1x iphone and send me just 1x iphone... Now I have to wait another week for delivery (one hold month not within 10 working days) and a hole lot of unnecessary call that I have made and still not bee correct. So i will/might only be receiving my first smart device next week!! I dont know when the Z10 is going to be delivered and I know have no idea what I am going to be billed... I am so upset and lost with FNB. I have had many issues and this has put the cherry on the top! I need this expedited TODAY! and if not I will cancel everything and move ALL MY ACCOUNTS Away!!
