When claiming on a policy of someone who passed away it took them 2 years to identify me as the beneficiary, after which they sent me a letter requesting documents which I supplied. They then told me they would contact me within two days. After a month I haven't received any communication from Momentum. I called the call centre twice where they said they would let the person dealing with the claim contact me, after which nothing still happened! Today I sent an email to their client services dept, only now the claim has been finalised! After 2 years and 4 months to be exact! Terrible service, I won't recommend anyone to have a policy there.
