Delay of no claim bonus payout

On phoning Absa I Direct on the 2nd January 2013 I was informed that my no claim bonus would be paid to me by the 15th January 2013. Today is 15th January and not even one bit of correspondence/sms received. On phoning Absa this morning I was duly informed by Zendile that my anniversary date is 9 December which means my bonus will only be paid on 15 March 2013 and then changed her mind to 15 February 2013. Can someone please provide me with the correct information. It is unacceptable to be provided with different information each time I phone. I was told on the 2nd January that payment is made one month after anniversary, why now has it changed??? Very unhappy :(
