My wife took out a policy with momentum for critical illness, a while after that she fell ill and was in the ICU for a few days. We then decided to claim from momentum. WOW! what a mission, they requested certain documents, we then forwarded these documents, then they requested another, they said within a week it would be sorted out. Every week they say this. I think that they hope that the client will get tired and forget about the claim, yet we pay the premium every month and they don't hassle to get their money. MOMENTUM ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLE. I GUESS THAT ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE THE SAME, ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY YOU. I HAVE POLICIES WITH THEM, MY PREMIUM'S COST ME OVER R2000 PM, MAYBE I SHOULD CANCEL.
