Ad service and poor communication

Yesterday I surredered my policy and submitted all the relevant documents . but I had the worst experience I received an email from Stefan de Bruin stating that my documents is not complaint . he did not even take the time to at least point out where or what the problem is with the documents I submitted. He just said "refer to check list' I called to get clarity spoke to Thokozani I asked what the problem was he said it was with my proof of address he said I could also submit my salary advise, or my IRP5, as it will be accepted. I later I received an email stating that my claim will be processed with in 5-7 working days. Today I receive an email from Radha Jogibhai requesting my banking details that is not older that one month, I have already submitted my banking details and was not told about what she is requesting nor was it on the forms I completed. The banking details serplied is where Momentum deducted the premiums for my policies, the same acc. details reflects on my lates salary advise. The hole process with momentum has been frustrating, and the level off service and assistance is not what I expected from this Momentum.
