On the 7th of Jan 2013 I went to Old Mutual Promenade branch to enquire about a restructering of my loan.
I need to restructure payments on this loans because i simply cannot continue with the current installment.
The lady (2nd in command because the manager was on leave) took my details and escalate it to head office.
I was told that somebody from head office will come back to me.
It is now about 7 days later and still no response yet.
If i dont get response soon then i will have no other choice but to default on my loan account.
Please help me to do the right thing.
