Failing to take responsibility

I requested cancelletion of my daughter's policy on 208/09/2013

A first consultant from Momentum advised that there were no documents required but later apologised and requested few documents that I sent on the same day. 3 days later I received and email requesting another document and advised that it will take 5-7 working to process my application. When ever I made follow ups regarding the status of my application different consultants will advise of 7 workings days.

On 1/10/2013 I received another email advising that funds were to be released same day but to my suprise new documents are being requested again today. Why did it take very long to verify documents?
When will my application be finalised/ should i wait for another 7 working days?

I wanted to open another investment policy for my son but after this I think i need to cancell my other policy as well and leave momentum with peace as they do not delivey what they promise!
