I have been a client with Odyssey for 11 Years, was never advised Momemtum took over my policy. Recieved an sms to state the bank details the sent out was incorrect. Phoned to find out Momemtum took over, asked the call centre agent did you receive my payment. Was advised yest, they received it and all is in order. Got a letter this month stating I am in areas, phoned them and asked how can I be in arrears as payment is due on the 1st of each month, but I pay on the 27th of the prevouis month. Was advised it is a system error. On the letter send to me at point 3 it stated my policy value and that if they receive a request they can cancel the Policy and will pay the funds to me, Linda whom assited me advised me I must sent a copy of my Id, bank statements and it will take 7 days for the payment to be made back to me. When I phone today I was advised that the funds will only be paid back when I am 55 but your letter, nor your call agents (and please listen to the calls state otherwise). I want this policy to be cancelled and as per your letter the funds to be paid to me, want to never deal with this company again!!!
