My late father was a customer of SAB account 26929 Sylvia's Bottle Store. He took a oddessey policy at Momentum and SAB was the beneficiary. My father passed away on 18 March 2013 and I went to our local SAB depot and was told to bring the required documents which I did on 3 July.
SAB didn't contact me and in August I called our depot and was tola a Mr Llywelyn Fortuner at headoffice is working on this matter I called him he said I must fax again and I did, I tried to contact him he was never available he never replied to my emails.
In September I was told a Ms Anita Majola is now responsible and again she said I must fax and I did, in October I received a letter adressed to my late father from Momentum stating that the policy is in arrears
and I realised that Momentum is not aware that my father passed away, I emailed that letter to Anita but till today she is not telling me what is the problem.
Please please help me cause I don't know what to do. SAB is realy treating me with great disrespect, from July 2013 until today. Please help me.
