This is really PATHETIC service!!!

I used to work for ABSA. After I resigned, I declared all the accounts I had with ABSA, homeloan, Vehicle Finance, etc. For some reason someone at ABSA did not do their job and the Debit Order did not go through after I resigned. I have been getting numerous phone calls from the ABSA team accusing me of defaulting on my account and I have been explaining the situation to them that I am not prepared to suffer because someone did not do their job. Now they want to restructure the account which I am happy with but I am not prepared to pay interest for this. I have been a good customer to ABSA, I have never defaulted on any of my accounts that I hold with them or any other institution. This is not the first time ABSA is doing this to me, when I bought my house, the Debit Order did not go through on the 1st month and yet I had signed all the documents and then they called me to say I have defaulted on the account. At least they managed to sort that out without all these stories I've been hearing with this situation!!!
