I'm utterly discussed with ABSA bank!!!
I went onto my internet banking and saw that ABSA Vehicle Finance deducted an extra R345.75 with my vehicle finance debit order for the last 3 months a total of R1 037.25 money from me by ABSA Bank!!!
I phoned ABSA Vehicle Finance to enquire and they told me that it's for insurance! I already pay insurance on my account, and didn't receive a phone call or a notification. He gave me the following number to phone 086 005 3421, and guess what I was on hold for 22 minutes! And still didn't get to someone to sort this problem out.
This is disgusting that the likes of ABSA money from people!!!
