I tried to pay for SAA tickets online using my FNB Gold Cheque Card. My Transaction was declined stating "Per Transaction Limit Exceeded, call for manual over ride" I called, spent an hour on the phone after which time i was told to go into a branch to update the limit. Then called my personal banker, a day later I still cannot make the payment. Some of the staff I've spoken to say you can change this limit online, others say you can't, others just reckon it's not their department... I'm not interested in departments, I'm not a departmental client, I'm an FNB client.
