I have had a contract with Bayport Mobile for the past 2 years. In this I had numerous issues. Right now my contract is finish, although I still have a few payments to make, of which I have made arrangements, my isuue noe is that my BIS has been suspended and my sim is Not Rica, therefore I am unable to use my mobile of which is my little office and toolkit I use for my day to day work. I now have made numerous calls to Smartgroup, Bayport and Cell C and has been send up and down to sort this matter out and up to date no one can give me and answer as to why my BIS has been suspended and what I should do. Cell C Cant help me to Rica my sim as I am not on their system. Although I want to buy anther sim - Vodacom, It will mean my number will change and again I need to pay for advertising the new number. I have lost two weeks of income already. Bayport big time... people should think twice before joining or taking anything from Bayport. Snartgroup consultants has again no idea what Bayport poilicy is and provide an inadequate service. Very unhappy frustrated person right now. My number is an 24/7 assistance and counselling line for Substance abuse... this is also my income!!
