Blackberry is useless!

Hey

I've forgotten my bb id password and security questions answer and don't
think I've ever confirmed my email address either, although this is a very
good confirmation. Please send me a link to reset my password and security
question, otherwise I might aswell just throw my blackberry away and buy an
iPhone or Android phone where you can easily reset your password. Don't see
the point in creating a new email address just so I can create a new bb id. All my phone is good for is phone calls and sms's. I expected more from Blackberry in general! Dont you want your customers to be satisfied with your product?
