My vehicle was sent to North City Panel Beaters, for repairs as recommended by Outsurance.
On collection there was a hole (6 mm in diameter) now on the drivers side door. North City representative, Sham, said they will repair the vehicle. Vehicle was sent to North for this additional repair on Monday, 25/03/2013, & I was told the vehicle would be ready before the long weekend on Thursday, 28/03/2013. I received no contact what so ever from North City and I did not want to call and rush the repair process for fear of bad quality. I then called North City, Michael, on Friday, 05/04/2013. I later received an sms late that Friday afternoon saying my vehicle is ready for collection. I went to North City at 17:20 and they were closed. I went to collect my vehicle yesterday, Monday 09/04/2013 and vehicle has numerous light damage. The passenger side, original repair, has scratches and even a paint chip. The rear bumper has a deep scratch close to the exhaust and scratches to the extent where the paint was removed on the opposite end. I wanted to take my vehicle to another repairer but North City, Sham, refused.
How can Outsurance & Audi approve these repairers?
