I've sent more than 1 email requesting that my login details / password be reset as I have (a) forgot my password and (b) Ii have changed companies so my pass word cannot be sent to me. I have not had 1 reply from these emails sent. After I have contacted flexiclub telephonically, i just got a reply to say there is no number for the webmaster and i need to send another email. HOW MANY EMAILS SHOULD ONE SEND before getting a reply and before one's password can be reset / account can be updated to reflect new email address???
