ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED

I made a loan with Wonga in March and agreed to pay back the money on 31 March 2013. I received an sms from Wonga on 1 april informing me that the collection will only be made 2 april. On that day i received an SMS from wonga informing me that they deducted the money and received it. I checked a few times last week to see if my account was updated on their system and to date it still shows as outstanding. I have sent numerous emails to no avail and the call centre is no help either. Please could you update this account to paid, as I don't want it to reflect badly on my ITC listing. Your urgent feedback will be appreciated.
