Experian update - contradicting responses

ACC on Experian: 0201165392555695 April 2013 loan
I have been calling Wonga since last week Monday 27 June 2013 to understand how long it takes for Wonga to update credit bureaus and first received an email of which stated that Transunion ITC is updated daily. Call centre said they send it once a month for updates. Logged a query and was told 7 days is the response. Called call centre again today spoke to Zola and her response: Wonga sends updates to Transunion ITC daily, transunion than distributes to other bureas Experian etc. I could not understand how can Transunion ITC do that on behalf of Wonga??? The fact that my April payment that was taken on 25 May 2013 shows as not paid yet reflects bad on my affordability. Please upskill your consultants with the correct information as they give contradicting info and this can cause harm to Wonga's profile. Please update my account with Experian as paid!!! Transunion is updated, I'm sure you can follow the same process with Experian data!!!
