The beginnig of the year march 2013 I took an amount of R2000.00 from [URL Removed] the repayment was R2445.95, which I agreed to, when the time came to repay which was the 25th April 2013 just as I promised, the money was debited from my account I even received a sms from wonga that they have received my payment, I then realised that wonga had never updated my profile on their websitem website

Despite many efforts to prove my payment on my wonga acc, my account still remains in arrears and my credit name is completely smeared, I refuse to waste anymore of my money trying to get hold of the wonga collections department ..

I have yet to receive a phone call if I'm lucky to sort out this very irritating dilemma, seems to me the [URL Removed] call centre is way to busy to be acctually taking care of their customers

This is the most unprofessional situation, how could you allow a simple mistake that can't seem to be rectified to lose a customer, I'm am very unhappy with the services at [URL Removed]

Hope to hear from [URL Removed] in the near future ..
