Account is not being updated and empty promises

I made a loan at Wonga after viewing their add on the Internet, my payment was due and the amount was collected from the wrong account details, I spoke to a Wonga staff member (after battling about 10 min to speak to someone) I made a immediate EFT transfer on the 23rd of April, my account was still not updated on the 2nd of May!!! Again trying to get hold of some one (10 min later) I had to email through a proof of payment, which I did and got promised that my account will be updated the same day, this has been the third time this has been promised to me as I have been phoning them daily to understand what is going on. Firstly your service is not automated fully as it does not even update a customers account when they made payment. Please can someone assist immediately as I have been receiving not payment messages from Wonga as well!!
