NO RESPONSE FROM WONGA

My name is Xolani Xaba and I took a loan with Wonga and settled it in full. I have since tried to apply for credit elsewhere and I was advised that I still owe Wonga, this came as a shock to me as i was under the impression that my debt with them (Wonga) was settled.

I have since then tried on numerous occassions to get in touch with Wonga requesting a paid-up letter but to no avail. I have sent e-mails more than two weeks ago but I haven't received any feedback from Wonga.

I am really disappointed at the level of the customer services i have received from Wonga and it is with great regret that I have to write about Wonga on Hellopeter, but they left me no choice. I do hope me writing about my concern on Hellopeter will get me some kind of response from Wonga.
