I am a regular Wonga client. My payment was due on the 27th April 2013; Wonga never debited my account on that day. They only debited my account on the 29th, but on the Wonga website, it has not reflected. For the past week, I have attempted to contact the call centre, with no luck. Requested a call back on many occasion, received none. I have sent numerous emails as well, but no response at all.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.
To date my account is still not update, and have not recieved any response from Wonga...
