I spoke to a consultant Tuesday Morning who gave me her direct fax number to send my claim to. She told me the longest it can take is 48hours. She also informed me that I will recieve an SMS once they are busy with my claim. Today they confirm that the fax was received on Tuesday. Today I still have not heard anything. Not a call or SMS. With my first claim my phone was not available in my area. So they gave me an option of taking the value of the phone or taking the same handset. Now they dont give me the option Also every time I phone the automated systems hold time is always close to 20 minutes. What a waste of time. I have today left several message with SHAMAL to be contacted back by either her or her manager and I did not receive a call. The first time and this time I have not had a nice experience with the insurer. With FAIS, and consumers act, if something is said they need to deliver. Who will resolve my problem???
