I have been refused a reverse debit order by Capitec Cape Town CBD branch. My creditors are my responsibility not Capitec and i have been a Capitec customer for close to 3 and half years now and the attitude i recieved from the lady i spoke to was appaulling as she wouldnt see reason. Due to this i am seriously think of switching my salary and all related finances back to my FNB account which have never given me such a hassle. Please sort this out ASAP
