Take your money but can't live up to promise

I submitted a claim for my phone that got damaged on the 01 March 2013 then sent it through until today 24hour mobility cell insurance has only contacted me once to let me know they would contact me later that day. Which was another empty promise. i call them every week only to get given the same pathetic story and response. "We will contact you." "We apologise for this it should not have happened"

My monthly instalment goes through without fail and the first time they need to live up to their side of the contract, I get the run around and no a single taking true accountability in this company really pathetic (most polite word I can use to describe their service). When one takes out an insurance with a company they have an obligation to fulfil the promise they made 24 hour mobility has done everything except fulfil it's obligation.

Today I called and the lady I spoke to now informs me I need to pay a R150 access amount before the phone is collected. Not once had anyone informed me of this, I was told submit you claim and we will be in contact to come collect your phone.

A true example of POOR customer service and the problem with most companies like this today
