24 Hour Mobility give shocking service

I submited a claim at the MTN store in Cresta on 13 Feb 2013. I received NO acknowledgement of claim, despite the fact that the store clerk told me the damaged phone would be picked up from my home by courier within 48 hours from the beginning of the next week. Eventually, after a week of no contact, I called the MTN store. They assured me they had submitted the claim on my behalf to 24 Hour Mobility, but would submit it again. I eventually got hold of 24 Hour Mobility after a few days of trying the automated answering service until I hung up in frustration. They THEN, for the first time, informed me I had to pay an excess. The consultant told me he would email me the bank details; again nothing happened. Eventually I emailed 24Hour Mobility, and Megan Hope emailed me the bank details. A small two-delay on my part later, the excess was paid and I waited, again. Around 16 March I called the call centre, spoke to Amulekani, who informed me the phone was being repaired, and he would follow up when it was fixed: today it is 23 March, a full month and ten days since i submitted the claim, and still nothing! WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE FOLLOW UP? AND GET MY PHONE BACK TO ME?
