24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Disappointing service

I placed a claim with 24hr mobility in early February 2013, After assessing the damage they informed me that it was beyond economical repair and said I have the right to a new handset (Samsung galaxy SIII), the shop I was dealing with did not have stock so the consultant from 24hr mobility call the surrounding shops and they also did not have stock. The consultant then told me that they would source me a handset and deliver it to me.
Delivery was supposed to happen the 24th of April it did not happen, then I was told the 25th and still nothing and after calling again - this is after numerous calls and been kept on hold for periods of time longer that 10 minutes, after the consultant promises to call back but don't - it was told to me the 26th it will be delivered.

It is now the 6th of May more than 3months since the start of this claim and I still do not have my handset! I've called every day now for the last 2 weeks and am kept being put on hold and it seems nobody knows what's going on with my claim.
I am just so fed up!!! All I would like is my handset
