Bad service

This is the second time I have to wait for Stanlib to pay my repurchase. The first time it took them more than five days this time they broke the record of two weeks, must tell you that and I'm off to have to wait so long for my own money. I faxed through a repurchase form on the 19th of March waited and waited. I phoned Stanlib on the 28th of March to follow up (bcause no one bothers to phone the customer) only to find out that they filed away my form bcause my account number was wrong. When I asked why I was'nt contacted Thembile told me that they did contact my Broker and that they not allowed to contact the customer directly (that is just pathetic and senseless, the whole time I was waiting like a fool for my money while they playing cat and mouse) I was given a case number 12531026 and told to wait another 5 days. Today is the 5th of April I'm still waiting like a fool for my money.no one is contacting me nothing they dnt care!!!I feel like changing investment houses bcause I cant take this lack of service.please dnt phone me I'm very upset and dnt want to speak to anyone that will give me empty promises. This is so dissapointing.bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad!
