Most INAPPROPRIATE bank not innovative at all!!!

I have a D/O with multichoice that goes off on the 1st of every month. Due to the public holiday on 1 April the debit order went off on the 2nd. 3 days later I am advised that the debit order was returned even though there was funds in the account at the time. I immediately contacted FNB the call center agent advises me that I contacted someone from FNB and he can give me the agents name: DIM Raven. I was then given her number and contacted her immediately. Needless to say she was not the friendly consultant that they claim to have all she could say was "this account is not allowed to be overdrawn, I am doing my job". Obviously i am aware of this as it is a savings account so i should be asking how that happened. I was then told my purchases made at stores on 28/03 were not processed even tho i was notified via sms from FNB. So they decided to return my debit order as unpaid. Now I'm being charged for a returned debit order which is totally unacceptable. If there was a delayed charge from FNB they should have contacted me an sms would have sufficed but for me to have to contact them for an error on their end surely they cannot do as they please with MY account. They should read the CPA!
