Stanlib and service do not belong togethe

I want to reinvest my, repeat MY money. I called stanlib to repurchase my investment. I was told to fill in forms that took 3 days to get faxed to me, I filled them sent them back like a good little consumer (please not the little consumer as it is very appropriate). and waited... and waited... and waited. I eventually called them on Friday 23rd March and was "handled' by a Kwanda person. he was so rude but polite it was scary. he refused to acknowledge me as a human being he was cool and indifferent to my request to get MY money out of stanlib. this led to me getting very angry and eventually much to Kwanda's disdain he had to concede that I needed to be pushed a bit further up the corporate ladder and allowed to to speak to his boss! they agreed that they would now allow me to have my money and that it would be placed into my credit card account by Monday morning.
Guess what it wasn't... they said I had given the incorrect card no...
I called Kwanda, who was now too busy to take my call as it was... YES! an incoming call center... what was my call? I wonder...
I was eventually told TODAY that my money will be placed into my account but R4000 less... what is this... service.
