What does it take to get to get funds back?

The forms to repurchase were completed by a Bank Official at Standard Bank Edenvale on 23 December 2013. We brought in ID and a statement of account. The investments were opened when my daughter was a minor and she is now 22. We have received calls from Stanlib to say they need more specimen signatures. This is the 3rd time our family is cashing in an investment and every time there have been issues yet we have presented ourselves to the Branch and provided the documents required. Why should we have to do multiple trips to the branch because Stanlib doesn't have the right officials to do the job or they don't give the correct instructions to the bank staff. More than that I feel that Stanlib are being petty as we presented ourselves and our ID to the bank and all our accounts are held at the bank. It would seem to me they are following rules and regulations instead of using some common sense. Sorry Stanlib but you will never see another investment from me. I did call today and was sent from one department to another who don't answer to a gentleman who does not know the name of the Managing Director... poor show I can't even get through to complain on the phone
