TAT VERY BAD

I faxed a repurchase form to Stanlib on the 13/03/2013.they sent me confirmation via sms that they recieved it.from experience i know that their turnaround time is 48hrs, but when I phoned on the 15/03/2013 to follw up I was told by Sello that it takes 3-5 business days (reason not given) I also sent a email to ask what the delay was since no one bothers to contact the clients to let them know if there is a problem or not. Sithembile Mabuza responded to my email on the 18/03/2013 saying that the form is still with the processing department and that the tat is 2-5 business days depending that all requirements are met and that my funds will be paid by latest that day. Today is the 19/03/2013 no funds has been paid so I ask why once again, how will I know If I've met all the requirements if no one contacts me? I need this money urgently.why does it take so long to get funds out of your unit trust account. It is just ridiculous to wait so long with out any explanation... Bad very Bad...
