Stanlib refusing to pay my money

I am so angry at Stanlib. On Monday I sent them a repurchase form to withdraw funds. Today I call them to find out where my money is. They tell me something about the account being a "third party account", the account is under MY business and surely they can verify who the account owner is with FNB. In any case, I then told them (Charlene and Abhieer) that I would furnish them with banking details but would need my funds to be cleared today because Stanlib had not even had the decency to tell me there was a problem with the account provided until I called. They claim to have sent the communication to Albert, my broker, but I don't get why they would do that?? Who has the relationship with Stanlib? (According to Abhieer not ME- I'm just the faceless person whose account they debit!!) Who made the request, Albert or ME? Whose bank do they have debit orders with? I then called to give them the details again and lo and behold Thato Mooke tells me I will get this money on Monday!! MONDAY!! 3 days later!! This is pathetic service at best with people who refuse to be thorough. Disappointing. As it stands, I am waiting for Cindy to call me, maybe she can help.. but I highly doubt it.
