Emailed my "Business Banker" on 3 April for assistance to make some changes to the account. No reply by 5 April. Called the business line who answers by saying "HOW CAN WE MOVE YOUR BANKING FORWARD". Requested to be put through to business banker and proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes and then received the reply that no one at the branch is "picking up the phone"
