I am paying off my Blue bean and loan account with Standard bank. I have not received any statements in a year. On Tuesday I phone, 1stly they trfr me to so many people, eventually I got trough to someone who told me I will receive statements today. Blue bean send me an encrypted statement that I am unable to view and When I phoned loan accounts to ask where my statements was, they told me it will take about 3 days. This is utter nonsense, dont everyone have access to bank systems, cant they just email printout? I work late, otherwise I would have gone to bank myself. I phone 0861 112 807, 0860 101341, 0861001868 everytime I get another number to phone!
