Going for 2 years and still no card

Last year I have ordered my ebucks card in July. I only received an card in November after I have cancelled it and ordered a new one. The card that I have ordered in November 2012 has still not arrived. In mean time I have changed my Post box on my personal details 3 times, and have ordered another card. My fianc? received his ebucks card after 3 months this morning. Mine still missing in action. How can it take so long just to get an card if you guys say it will be delivered in 20 days. I have already closed some of my accounts with FNB cos the service is just getting worse. Change form platinum to gold cos I feel I can get better service for the beep companies and would rather invest my money were you still get service and not waiting almost 2 years for a reward card.

Will I ever get my ebucks card, or must I just use my ebucks up, which I spent money to get them, and just close everything with FNB, and move on???
