Why does FNB not encrypt their bank statements sent by email? I was under the impression that this was mandatory by law. I have raised it with your Premier suite but gave up after a while as nothing was done. Anyone who intercepts my mail (bank and credit card statements), has access to my personal financial information. Even my car HP statement comes encrypted. Why is this not done?
