I have been trying for about a year to get statements on my Standard Bank Blue Bean credit card. I've tried asking for them by email, they never arrive, I tried asking via post, they never arrive. The only time I get statements is if I contact the call centre every time and personally ask the the agent to email them. Standard Bank, I don't have the time every month to call your call centre for statements. I'm out of ideas about what to do!
