Tried to apply for a credit card when I moved my accounts from Absa to Fnb. Had to submit 3 month bank statements etc. After 6 months tried again and thought it would be less painfull due to the fact that they should have my statements by then. Again I need to submit 3 months bank statements etc.
My question: How is it possible for Blue Bean, associated with Standard bank, to phone me, process my details and give me a credit limit of R29 000, in two minutes time over the phone? Once the cards get delivered to your doorstep, you need to provide them with a copy of id and proof of residense.
Sorry Fnb, you can really learn something from Standard bank.
