Impossible to get a loan and get feedback

I am so disgusted and dissapointed in FNB. Applying for a loan with FNB was painful and infuriating. Before applying for the loan i asked the lady what i need. Can i print my bank statements from the teller. i was told yes. After 5 days of begging and pleading for the loan, i had phone close to 15 times to check up on the progress, all i was told is that is being processed. it was so frustrating, later i got told no its because i didnt stamp my statements. so i stamped them. 2 days later i got told oh no i see its because we need 3 months Standard Bank statements. i had switched banks more than a months ago and wasnt told i need to give 3 months statements. This was a painful and horrific discovery to how a new client gets handled.
