Standard Bank - Blue Bean Card Div - Blacklisted

We used to be on Debt Review and arranged directly with Standard Bank card division to pay them directly which was not a problem at all which we do every month since June last year. We tried to buy a car seeing that we lost everything just to find out that Standard Banks Blue Bean card division blacklisted us with ITC. No phone call or letter or anything. I e-mailed them this morning but nothing. I thought if you pay your account every month to the agreed amount with THEM it is fine. I even paid it into the card number as they advised and I see on the ITC printout they've put it as "Bad debt written off" meantime we are paying. They are a bunch of and if you phone no one is willing to help you. No wonder we closed all our accounts with Standard Bank.
