Standardbank send encrypted statements that need users to install unwanted software that does not work on all platforms just to read their statements.
After numerous emails and complaint asking that my statement be sent to me as a plain pdf (FNB does this right) i get no answer or response.
It seems Standardbank is to big to listen to their customers.
