Bad service, bad attitude all round

I paid up my Smart Spend Loan, as well as my FNB personal loan in full, and have been trying since MONDAY to have these two accounts closed. Everytime I call the call centre I have to explain the whole story over again, I get promised that a query was raised for my loans to be settled, but when I check on my banking profile the loans are still not paid off and closed. The call centre staff have the worst attitudes, they sound totally disinterested and bored when you call in, and irritated when there is even a suggestion of them going out of their way to help you. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! PLEASE settle my loans, and send me paid up letters, before 4 o'clock today, or I will escalate my complaint directly to Michael Jordaan. I am applying for a home loan, I NEED these letters ASAP.
