Awaiting feedback

I applied for an online student loan, with in days the head office called to confirm the approval of my loan and that all the relevant documents are at the Alberton branch to be signed for acceptance of the loan. I visited the branch on Friday and was advised that I will receive a call by today.

It is after 12 and I still have not received a call from the branch. I need to know what is happening with the application urgently
