I'v been retrenched aT the end of Feb. 2013 and have a personal loan with Sanlam. On this loan is a policy that will pay my loan premiums for 6 months trough Channel Life. I've sent in my claim the first time on 11 March 2013. No one came back to me and on the 19th I contacted them again just to find out that there is documents outstanding that I need to submit for this claim to be processed. No one contacted me and informed me about this outstanding documents. On the 21st I'v submitted all the documents outstanding. Needless to say that the payment was deducted form my bank account. Ever since 26 March I can not get hold of the claims department. They also did not respond to my e-mail request to inform me if everything is in order. When I call the number 0861044359 that I'v used previously I'm always second in line and is cut off. How will I know if there is still any documents outstanding and when will this claim be finalised if no one comes back to me or even answer the phone or respond on the e-mails? Does this company rely exist? I AM VERY UNHAPPY - PLEASE HELP URGENTLY
