I was informed by the branch manager of Vereeniging Real People that with SECOND CHANCE LOAN all my external debts will be consolidated and that I will only pay real people. During my monthly meetings (i had 3 meetings), she told me that some of my external debts were settled. During the last meeting, the consultant that assisted me (Siyanda Ndobeni) told me to contact the call centre in order to obtain proof that my debts were settled.
This is an inconvenience for me because it has been 3months without paying my debts as I was told that they will be consolidated. I am surprised to learn today when I spoke to Cikizwa Qobo at the call centre that only Real People debts were settled and that no external debts will be settled.
Please investigate as was misinformed at the branch.
