LOAN APPLICATION

Good day. I applied for a loan more than a month ago and all my documents was submitted as per FNB request, but every night they send an sms stating there is still documentation outstanding. So it is going on for several weeks now that I have to submit my documents over and over again and it is keeping me out of work etc. I feel it is very bad service and still after more thank a month I do not have any answer regarding my loan application and I am a very unhappy client at this stage. I do not want a fight, I just want the problem resolved, my loan paid out etc. Kindly assist me in this regard.
